My son has been training with Chris for a few months now. Initially we were looking for some post-operative strengthening, as my son has Cerebral Palsy. We have been really impressed with the effort that Chris has made to understand and learn about my son's condition and love how Chris always asks for feedback and has a general interest in all of his clients. Chris is always there to answer any questions and is always accommodating towards Fin's needs.

Iv been training and following Chris's nutritional advise since october. I can honestly say Im enjoying ever minute of it. Im enjoying seeing the changes in my shape as well as genrally feeling better.

I was not confident in the gym, but with Chris's help and vast knowledge, he is giving me the tools to reach my goals.

I started my nutrition/fitness programme seven weeks ago and I've already lost a healthy nine pounds, even with a calorific hen weekend in the middle! More importantly I feel stronger, fitter, and understand the food I eat much better.

Sian has been wonderfully patient with me, working me hard in PT sessions and pushing me to go beyond my comfort zone.

The combination of healthy, regular eating and exercise has also helped reduce the frequency of my migraines.

What's really nice is the constant encouragement. I get plenty of support through the week via messages and the really helpful Facebook posts with recipes and videos.

When I've struggled Sian has been there with words of encouragement and reassurance.

I look and feel different and I never feel hungry - in fact sometimes I struggle to get to my calorie allowance.

I would recommend Sian and Chris's incredibly positive programme to anyone.

Before I started training with Chris I would exercise for hours a day punishing my body and thinking cardio was the only way forward.5 months on and I’ve come full circle,I’ve lost over a stone so far and genuinely feel my life has changed for the better. I don’t see this as a diet but more of a lifestyle change. Chris’s knowledge of nutrition and specific training plans is second to none. If you are a beginner or more experienced there’s always new things to learn.
