1. Would you prefer us to keep costs low and remain mobile ? A - Yes B- No we would like to visit a store and choose... C- we would prefer a base to visit and discuss our options D- if you could have a shop and keep prices low that would be ideal
2. Would you buy carpet off a roll? A- yes we know what we want and would just buy it B- we would like to buy the carpet and arrange for you to fit it C - we like to have our carpets ordered to our specification and therefore would prefer things to stay as they are
3. When making payment plan payments I would rather A - transfer the money B- attend a property and pay via cash C - pay via PayPal D- make a payment in the bank E - pay cash to someone who collects
4. I usually buy items A - via the internet B- via a shop or store C - a mixture of A and B D - some other way
5- when choosing flooring I would like A - to have a home visit where I can choose at my leisure B- attend a shop where I can look through what's available C- a mixture of the both
6- Speaking to someone in the flesh is A - most important B- not important as long as I have contact with someone C- I prefer to speak via text D - something Else!

Whats there not to like? I didnt even have to leave the front door and now have a fab new carpet laid! Customer service was great, carpet fitters top notch and even 'dad' that comes out to help you pick your carpet was lovely. Have recommended this company to everyone looking for new carpets/flooring. Now do I rip up the rest of the house carpets so i can get new 🤔🤔😂😂😂😂

Well where do we start? Professional, reliable, responsive, unparalleled in service levels and the best aspect value for money! Had our living room and stairs done 2 weeks ago. Lisa was fantastic in responding and giving us an amazing price! Saving us 300 pounds on our nearest quote! Then the fitters did an amazing job! 100% would recommend to everyone!

Today our new floor was laid & I love it already!

The process was really easy, I had a consultation online & I decided to pick my floor from the online picture gallery. I was offered a face to face consultation but Smiths were happy to go with my decision to pick from their gallery.

Two gentlemen arrived today to lay the floor & they have done a fabulous job. The flooring is really good quality & the standard of finish is really professional. The beading completes the look.

I'm so impressed, I'm having them back in 2 weeks to fit a stair carpet.
