Lovely tranquil site to relax and good for kids, lots of amazing places to visit nearby and only 1 hrs drive to most seaside resorts
Lovely people running the place. Clean and tidy nice shower block and toilets and washing machine and tumble dryer. One shop premier outside so you can save money ha nice canal for a walk next to the river a few minutes walk to the town centre and pubs and cafes in all and all you will like the place peace and quiet
Just spent a five day break on Smithy Park Caravan Park, Abermule. My Friend & I have travelled the Country staying at different Caravan Parks the last 18 months and Smithy Park is the best by far for cleanliness; peacefulness; scenery; helpfulness and roomy pitches. A Shop, serving just about everything just across the Road from the site...a Pub serving food a few hundred yards from the Shop and plenty of fantastic countryside walks. The River Mule runs closeby and then enters the River Severn at the edge of the Park.
We will be going there for a week again next year. 10 out of 10.
