What a fantastic day! Hope everyone that came to Wrexham's Street Festival had a fantastic time. We've been really busy with deliveries again tonight, so we won't be taking anymore orders for delivery tonight. Everyone is more than welcome to come sit in or order a take away.

Went tonight with my daughter, had the half rack of ribs and smokey burger. CanŌĆÖt fault at all. Nice thick ribs, juicy slightly pink burger. Both cooked to perfection. Friendly staff. Now all we need is delivery to chirk and IŌĆÖll be happy haha

Went to the smoke shed last night with a few friends, the food was amazing and the staff couldnŌĆÖt do enough for us, they even brought us food to compensate for the small wait for our food, which we werenŌĆÖt even waiting longer than 20 minutes. Will definitely be returning again.

Was lucky to be invited to try out some food last night before the re-opening. Food was absolutely gorgeous, and IŌĆÖm a really fussy eater!!!

New owners are lovely and very welcoming! CanŌĆÖt wait for it to open now so I can go again ’┐Į

The food is fabulous, we have eaten there a few times. Good choices for adults and children and so tasty. Had a healthy option chips and chicken wrap today, the chef is amazing he managed to do healthy without losing flavour. The staff are helpful and friendly without being intrusive, it's a lovely little place ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

REALLY great food! Popped in as was passing, liked the decor and spotted the 5* hygiene rating ’┐Į

wow- super impressed. IŌĆÖm not a fan of burgers (being veggie, they are generally bland) but the veggie burger here was amazing! Went with my two boys who also loved their burgers, fries and slaw.

I really hope this place does well as the food is fabulous and a really good price too! ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Popped in to try this place out this afternoon after wanting to try it out for a while. The new owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately they had sold out of Mac n Cheese so I couldn't order the Cheesy Shed, but that's a good sign to show how well they're doing. I went for the Macho Chips and my partner went for the Super Shed and we were both blown away. For the price it was excellent value for money and absolutely delicious. I couldn't actually finish mine, though I tried. I will definitely be returning, as I desperately want to try out the Cheesy Shed!

My first time trying the smoke shed. Ordered a delivery. I was told they only had one driver on and had just gone out with an order and would be a little wait, which was fine. Although 40mins later my order was in my hand and still piping hot ’┐Į.

I ordered the super shed and I have to say it's the nicest burger I have ever tasted. It melted in my mouth, the flavours were heavenly and worked well together.. Can't wait for my next one

Lovely burger, very tasty, I would have eaten an entire tub of that coleslaw! Was a home delivery so burgers donŌĆÖt look as good as the photos but then I wouldnŌĆÖt expect them to. They tasted fantastic. Order took an hour to arrive, but was a Saturday night and peak hours. We were told this before we ordered and was more than happy with that. Well worth the wait (any other takeaway would have taken the same amount of time on a Saturday night). Would recommend to everyone.

Just tried this for the first time, absolutely no problems ordering over the phone or with the speed of delivery. Now to the food, Fries may not be the most attractive things in the world but by hell they tasted good. The burger ’┐Į, well that was on another level, for once a beef burger that tastes of beef. Well done Smoke Shed, we will be back.

I can honestly say that the Super Shed burger that IŌĆÖve just had from the Smoke Shed is one the nicest burgers IŌĆÖve ever had in my life. It was heavenly and the cheese & bacon fries were to die for. The Rocky Road was also amazing. 5 star ’┐Į’┐Į canŌĆÖt wait to go again ’┐Į

First time we have been to the smoke shed ..... And what a delicious meal we had. My girlfriend had the Mac n cheese and I had a standard cheese and bacon burger... What can I say the meat was cooked well and was succulent the salad was fresh all in all well impressed with the food, the conversation, atmosphere and the price to be honest i thought we had been charged wrong we will definately recommend and dine again.

Ordered a Shedfull for delivery tonight. Quite a long wait which was fine but when it arrived it was stone cold and the burgers had no gherkins or cheese on like we asked. We were really looking forward to trying Smoke Shed after the good things we'd heard but we were disappointed sorry to say

I used to order from this place all the time so was glad it re-opened but with new owners and thought.....letŌĆÖs order. Delivery time was good but ordered the Smoked dwag with onions but no onions were on it? And was really dry. Plus ordered the chicken burger that was tasteless?! Also didnŌĆÖt like the fact the homemade coleslaw was in the same box as food as it was warm and not pleasant to eat......if it had been cold would of been a good coleslaw! Also the boxes of thin cardboard were soggy when they arrived so not much good. I understand itŌĆÖs your re-opening but there is lots to improve to justify you charging these prices!

Honest review...

When we first tried this place with previous owners we were so impressed we returned quite often, It was without a doubt the best quality home cooked food in Wrexham.

After last night's visit with new ownership we were disappointed to say the least. I ordered a brisket burger as it was new on the menu, turned out to be a few slices of plain beef on a bap. My wife ordered the double pig dawg which used to be a decent pork sausage you couldn't get your mouth around’┐Į its now a skinny hot dog type sausage with a tough baguette’┐Į The skin on fries were from the freezer I'm sure where as they used to be hand cut potatoes ( and everyone knows the difference between frozen and home cooked chips’┐Į).

To put it bluntly everything looked and tasted like it came from tesco’┐Į, at those prices I should hope not!

I hope this review is not taken in offence and just gives you the opportunity to improve and get to the standard The Smoke Shed had when first opening, maybe then we shall return but at the moment it gets a 2/5 from us’┐Į

First time we ordered smoke shed, it was 5* absolutely amazing, this was about 3 or 4 months ago, since then we've ordered a few more times, each time the quality of the food has gone down, the burgers have over halved in size and are no longer luscious and juicy they are dry and overcooked. If it was a one off then fair enough but it hasn't been the 5* was a one off. I'm really disapponted, the burgers used to be worth the price but now they really are not. They don't even fit to the edge of the bun and are about 1cm thick, whereas when we first ate from here the bun was lost with the amount of burger!!

Decided to order for delivery as wanted to try the smoke shed for a while now. We waited about an hour for the food, when it arrived the food was not very warm at all, very small amount of fries in each box for what we had paid including delivery. When eating the burger I noticed it was very pink in the middle, I would personally never eat pink mince meat. I did contact the smoke shed straight away to make them aware, and in all fairness they did respond straight away stating that they do serve their burgers a bit pink, but these were completely raw in the middle, I did send photos for them to see. They did offer to send out another order straight away which was good. When the second order arrived the portions were a lot bigger, burgers were cooked through, definately felt it was more worth the money, with some free onion rings added in. After being a bit put off from the first order I did struggle to eat it, especially being approx 2 hours from when we first ordered. DonŌĆÖt think we would be ordering again any time soon unfortunately.

Ordered food at 6:15pm and received at 8:45pm dawg was nice but everything else soggy. Will not be ordering again. When u have someone taking orders and phone numbers itŌĆÖs protocol to make sure u have enough digits in the phone number to call them when the food arrives if u ask for them to call u when food is outside as the gate is locked and the delivery driver canŌĆÖt get in. Simples
