Good selection of toys and games for all ages. Friendly, helpful staff.

sells all sorts of kids toys and items. Also consoles and games. But the staff are really bad. There is no one on the gaming section and can wait ages. they also dont know what they are taking about. Poor. Plenty of parking and disabled parking.

Rude Management staff, Verbally abusive to their own sales staff infront of customers and then rude to ourselves as well

ToysRus its not. Slow staff, and online store is terrible.

Given up on employing cleaners and expect sales and shop-floor staff to do cleaning and tidying in unpaid time after their paid hours have ended without pay. Multiply that by every store! This company thieves millions of pounds off hard working staff every year.

Smyths will not allow its members of staff to join a trade Union like USDAW. Wonder why?
