Morning Guys, We apologize for this late notice. Today's Turn'd Up Fitness class has been cancelled. Unfortunately the instructor will not be able to attend the class due to personal reasons. Classes using the "Fitness on Demand" app will be available to use in the studio during the "Turn'd up Fitness" class time slot. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.
Having trouble getting a place on the 9:15am "Total Body Blitz" class With Russ on Saturday mornings? Not to worry, we have a second class which starts at 10:15am !!

Top gym Always friendly welcome never have to wait for gym equipment and bonus for me there 24hours so finish work at 11pm an straight down. Great Gym .
Top equipment for both weights and cardio, decent size, modern and clean, not too busy, fantastic 24 hour opening times, Nice shower rooms and helpful staff. Leg extension machine broke and was fixed by engineer the next day amazing service !!! Highly recommend
Really relaxed atmosphere. Top quality equipment and friendly, helpful staff. What an amazing place to work out! See you again soon guys!
Ok so after 3 weeks, I feel it's a good time to leave a review, and I honestly feel this is the best gym I've been to. There's a great mix of equipment, so you're set if you're an experienced lifter, just starting or looking for a great cardio workout.
Joining
On signing up, I definitely recommend going to see the gym. The staff are really helpful and will gladly give you a brief tour and explain the sign up contract and pricing.
After joining
You're invited to a personal training session, although I've not used this, I always see the personal trainers working with new joiners daily and highly recommend.
Classes
There are a number of fitness classes, definitely worth checking out.
Opening times
24/7 so no more excuses, and there's plenty of parking. You'll receive a gym access card used for the door swipe meaning you can attend during the manned or unmanned hrs, this is definitely a huge selling point. The convenience of being able to turn up and find plenty of parking when it fits your schedule is awesome!
Gym
Ok so it's bright, clean and very modern. Due to the mix of equipment, there's a good mix of people attending, from beginners losing weight, to the gym bros. But there definitely isn't the all stop and stare feel when someone new walks in, which you can find in clicky gyms. All welcome, great atmosphere, and awesome staff!
Love the place! Great facilities, equipment and friendly staff, but something needs to be done about the showers because they're always flooded and it makes it impossible to get changed without your clothes getting soaked. Need drains or a night porter to clean the floor.

Great gym. I'm not very good at sticking to gyms but this one makes it hard not too. Equipments great, never been crowded. Staff are friendly too! Hopefully I'll stick to it this time!
Great gym. Great equiptment, showers, etc. Still can't get out the doors without getting stuck though . But all worth it, and love the place.
