INGREDIENTS: 290g (2 cups) cashew nuts, 185ml (3/4 cup) coconut milk, plus 1 tablespoon extra 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice 60ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind 125ml (1/2 cup) melted coconut oil 120g (3/4 cup) frozen blueberries, thawed in a bowl BASE 80g (1/2 cup) cashew nuts, lightly toasted 80g (1/2 cup) sunflower seeds, lightly toasted 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut, lightly toasted 150g fresh dates, pitted..., chopped 1 tablespoon coconut oil Pinch sea salt.
METHOD: Step 1 Place cashews in a large bowl. Cover with cold water. Soak for 4 hours. Rinse under cold running water and drain. Step 2 Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease the base and sides of a 20cm (base measurement) square cake pan. Line with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Step 3 For the base, process cashews, sunflower seeds and coconut in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Add dates, oil and salt. Process until well combined. Press into base of prepared pan. Use a straight-sided glass to smooth the surface. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until firm. Step 4 Use a high-speed blender to blend soaked cashews, milk, juice, maple syrup, vanilla, rind and 100ml oil until very smooth. Transfer two-thirds (about 550g) of the cashew mixture to a bowl and stir in extra coconut milk. Add berries and any juice from the bowl, and remaining oil to the blender with remaining cashew mixture and blend, scraping down sides occasionally, until very smooth. Spoon half the mixtures, in random spoonfuls, into the prepared pan. Use a butter knife to create a swirled effect. Repeat with remaining mixtures, using the knife to create a swirled effect. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or until set. Step 5 Stand pan at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften slightly. Cut into 18 pieces. INGREDIENTS: 45g whole grain wrap, 2 butter lettuce leaves, 1/2 carrot, grated 1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced 20g grated cheddar.
METHOD: 1. Top a wrap with 2 lettuce leaves, leftover bolognese mince, carrot, capsicum, and cheese. Wrap to enclose. Oat porridge with apple and blueberries
INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup traditional rolled oats 1/3 cup Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese 1/2 pink lady apple, finely chopped 1/4 cup fresh blueberries ground cinnamon.
METHOD: 1. Place oats in a small saucepan with 1 cup boiling water. Stir over medium heat for 4–5 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy. 2. Meanwhile, whisk half the cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon water in ...a bowl until smooth. Add to oats and stir until smooth. Stir in three-quarters of the apple. 3. Top with blueberries, remaining apple and remaining cottage cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.

Wow such an amazing gym, the staff are so friendly. They were quick to come and help me straight away!!! The treadmills are amazing..... walking along the alps with the virtual screens!! There are amaizng changing rooms and showers!! Such a great place to work out �

Well what can I say, I’ve joined the gym before at other gyms and always felt embarrassed or judged. Snap fitness is the complete opposite! Liam and Natalie are so helpful and welcoming! The facilities are great! I hate cardio but the virtual active setting on the cardio machines makes it so much easier to stick at! Can’t wait to start seeing results, I’m already feeling the pain 😂

Top gym and so convenient. The staff are amazing always helpful , up to date state of the art equipment for all fitness goals to be achieved at a bargain price . Always a friendly atmosphere at Snap fitness . No one is ever looked down on by anyone els which is hard to come by in a gym these days . Fantastic gym, great staff and as a long standing Snap Barry member it didnt disappoint. Went to the Strong Zumba class tonight and if you want intense this is the class for you! A terrific workout and so much fun! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic gym, everything you need for full body workout with the bonus of unlimited access 24/7. The Staff are excellent, professional and knowledgable and on hand to give you sound advice.

The classes are excellent - small in number so you get more interaction with the instructors and more attention paid to form. Highly recommended.

Easy 5 stars for Snap Fitness in Bridgend. First gym i have joined. Staff so helpful, classes are great. Plenty of equipment to use.

Total body workout class with Arron on a Monday morning is one of the best. Ryan push push push makes sure you get the mist out of your session.

Best gym I've ever joined!!



Always clean, fantastic air conditioning and space and the equipment is up to date and lots of variety too - perfect!



Staff are exceptional, friendly and always there on hand to help. Love Aarons LBT and Glutes classes - fantastic trainer and very knowledgeable total asset.



Just a shame the Abs class couldn't continue! Great work guys!! Recommended already to friends!
