Rachel heading for the upper groove on Boca Seca Man, an unlikely trad style 7a in Siurana. Jams, locks and fingertip laybacking, looked more like granite. There was a bat in the lower crack which nearly made me abort mission, but after bearing his teeth and making some noise, he crawled back in and I could pass...

Mr Sparks was walking like John Wayne with this life jacket on her. I’m not sure if it’s because she thinks she’s the sheriff of the Canyon and the life jacket made her feel invincible, or if it made her feel a bit weird and awkward...

Mr Sparks comes from a good breed of amusing dawgs

Today I enjoyed a mini mountain day with Marnie and her team exploring the wilderness above Harlech. A beautiful crisp sunny day, let’s hope for more of these this winter ☀️

Mr Sparks is a great crag dog. She’ll comfortably wait at the top of the cliff, paws crossed, hanging over the edge, but she knows she can’t get too close. Years of wandering around in the mountains have given her plenty of doggy adventure experience! You can see she’s keeping an eye on the climber here... saying that, the last thing you want as you’re pulling over the edge of a climb is sparks in your face trying to give you dog kisses 😘

Mr Sparks and Lulu the dogé enjoying some quality time at the crag. Unfortunately Lulu got a bit chilly, being a town dog, and had to wear a hoodie and sleep under a pile of clothes. Sparky looked on with confusion and jealousy. A good morning climbing above Barmouth today, it was pretty warm and dry 🙂

A pretty fun morning climbing and abseiling today. The team managed a good selection of routes and a full crag height abseil. Here is Jan and Hannes near the crux top section of ‘Zig-Zag’. Although Hannes started a way in front on Jan (not one to let his age slow him down), he decided to race up the route and attempt an overtake. It might have been successful if i hadn’t have told him to hang fire! The seal is back on the Dwyryd. It looks like it’s doing ok; it’s bigger than before and a bit less grey. It’s been nearly 2 months to the day since we’ve seen it

North Wales at its finest this October! On Monday we had a climbing session, and the weather was perfect; blue skies, warm sun, no wind. Everyone got loads done including learning to tie a fig8, belaying, and climbing 3 routes and doing an abseil. Another good day at the crag.

Xtreme canyoning was amazing our group had a blast. This is our second trip and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking it. Thanks for an awesome morning guys ��

Would 100% recommended these guys for a truly unforgettable experience. We chose the canyoning extreme activity and from start to finish the guys were professional. Everyone in our group had a blast and we all went home with smiles on our faces, thanks again to George and Rachel!!

What a fantastic experience extreme canyoning - fully recommend it if you are looking for an exciting activity taking in the beautiful scenery of lush, green North Wales. George, Rachel and Mr Sparks were friendly, informative and ensured we all had a fun time.

We had loads of fun thanks to George and Rachel's very competent and relaxed leading. Not forgetting Sparky who was amazing and clearly took everyone's safety very seriously. Would highly recommend :)

Spent a sunny morning in wales doing the Extreme canyoning for a stag party. All had a fantastic time. Yeah activity could be adjusted to your fitness/ level of bravery. some of the larger jumps took some coercing for me to take the plunge.

Me, my wife and our two children (7 and 4) had an excellent morning canyoning! They were great with the children and we all loved every minute. Thank you!

I booked the extreme Canyoning trip for myself and my boyfriend. He's outdoorsy so I knew he'd love that sort of thing. I on the other hand was a wee bit worried as to what I had got myself into. Boy was I wrong. I'm not sure what I enjoyed most, hurtling myself down a waterfall or jumping from great heights or even just the swimming. It was brilliant! We both had a great time and have been telling everyone about it. If you're hesitant, don't be. You're well guided, you're supported the whole way and if anything is too much, there is always the option of going round. Although I'd say challenge yourself. You'll feel great afterwards!

The small group was great giving us plenty of time to enjoy each of the climbs fully. We then spent the afternoon in the cool water canyoning. The zip wire, jumps, slides and pools were great fun! Such a great day thanks George and Rachael I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Fantastic morning, group of 18, with 8 children ranging from 4 - 11. George and Rachel looked to get the balance for the whole group so there was something for everyone. Very cold which the little ones felt but the guys were excellent with them, I would highly recommend :)

Fantastic afternoon spent sliding, jumping and zip wiring into refreshing clear waters set amongst beautiful scenery. George and Rachel were fab and there was a good camaraderie between the various groups on the activity. The highest jump is not for the faint hearted!
