So-Pa Tai Chi Chaun Description
Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 3th-4th century China, tai chi is today practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise. During class you will be guided into the basics and beginning Tai Chi Chuan. Simple exercises to promote chi flow for well being.
