Two more off the Streets!
Up in Scotland a Royal Highland Fusilier moved into one of our houses on Monday well done to our Scottish outreach team. Today working with Changing Lives an ex Coldstream Guard moved into a place of his own paid for by Soldiers off the Street. With the start of the New Year and Soldiers off the Street’s 10th year we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support, with a special thank you to so many people that have raised funds, held events and donated to us over the years, making the work we do for the homeless veterans all over the UK possible! Once again thank you!!!

Mark who is the Office Manager at head office and a 24-year RAF Veteran got rushed into hospital Saturday with suspected heart attack but it turns out to be flu, because he has COPD and it is a bad strain of flu it has hit him hard. Sunday night his condition got worse and he was put in induced coma and is on ventilator in the critical care unit. The hospital is waiting for antibiotics to improve his lung condition before they can wake him up. Will update everyone as soon as we know more. Please try and be a bit patient with our volunteers at this time if they are unable to contact you straight away as you can understand everyone is very concerned about Mark. We would all like to wish Mark a speedy recovery and our thoughts go out to his family and friends.
