What can you do to help? (Seems as it is 80% client 20% lash technician)
❌take a anti histamine the day of the day before and the day after. A reaction can occur at any time whether your new to lashes been having them years with no problems. Watery eyes, runny nose, flu symptoms by taking these precessions you are decreasing your chances of becoming allergic. (And I know you can’t live without lashes so we don’t want that now do we)
❌ wash those lashes every day twice a day if your a heavy make up wearer or particularly oily person. Lashes gather all those dead skin cells and bacteria can grow on your eye and cause a infection when your not cleaning them. ( treat them like you would your teeth, wash them twice a day, also everyone cleans there teeth before the dentist a deep clean??? So do that before you come to your lash appointment. Less time washing lashes more time having lashes places on)
❌ brush gently going over the bonds and no pulling and rubbing.
❌ get a 3D eyemask or a silk pillow
❌ avoid oily products and carefully with hair conditioner.
❌ use revita lash every night to maintain the strength and nourish the lash. Lashes are a investment just like hair extensions every once in a while they need a nice mask to make them smooth exactly the same with lashes not only that my clients that now use it go longer inbetween fills now as there lashes are stronger and holding on to what is called the (lash wart) this is what each hair grows out of 🤓

Lashes are so new and every single minute we are learning more about the lashes and also the dangers in being close contact with the products, as a lash tech we go through a lot of efforts to make sure our clients are comfy and safe during the treatment but what about us?????
❌We should be wearing a carbon filtered mask ... ❌ adding water or saline to each glue drop we have finished with to stop the fumes being inhaled whilst in the curing phase. ❌ well vented area
