Sosban Restaurant

Don’t think i’ve ever witnessed a company be so rude to a customer. Literally requesting they do not ever visit again, after very politely asking for dairy-free/ allergen information?!
Awful AWFUL customer service response. Really should be ashamed.

Beautiful venue poor accommodation for food alaergy

A unique menu the food had amazing flavours, an extremely relaxing ambiance and very attentive and polite staff.

Just dropped in for their cheese board and a couple glasses of their excellent wine. Excellent service. Very friendly. Red wine served at perfect temp. Interesting place. Loved it.

I had a starter as a main no reduction in cost. 2 scallops as a main £12 veg as a side small turnips raw( don't mind al dente but hard veg no go) did mention that food was cold and not cooked. Was told sorry nothing more.

The food was scrumptious and the staff had obviously been very well trained.

Brilliant food. Interesting and delicious - highly recommend.

Hi end restaurant set in a beautiful restored building with very courteous waiting staff, top end toilets and marvelous food that is as good okn the eyes as it is on the palate

Tremendous place to eat in Llanelli. Quality of food and service were both fantastic, the manager couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend Sosban.

Great setting in a tastefully converted industrial unit. Good food served in reasonable portions, and a good price. Staff were excellent. Plenty of parking.

I went to this restaurant for the first time with my wife for our 24th wedding anniversary today and the night was totally ruined. There was a wedding reception there, and the children were totally out of control.we felt like we were sitting in the middle of the m4 , the noise level was unbearable. I've no doubt this reception was a cash cow for the restaurant but Sosban need to decide are they a high end restaurant , who by the way charge high end prices , or are they a function venue. They cannot be both. My wife's sewen was literally 2" x 2" which is embarrassingly small for a main course. We also had to chase the bill down. We just could not wait to get out of this place , we were given money off the meal but this is no compensation for what was meant to be a special evening. We were not the only people to complain, and is not in our nature to do so but I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Very poor . over priced and no standards.
