Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that can facilitate healing. This wonderful therapy can target specific pains and injuries, as well as providing overall Wellbeing for body and mind by aligning the 7 Chakras ( Centers within the body in which energy flows through ).
Having a blocked Chakra can often lead to illness, so it is important to to keep energy flowing freely.
Reiki is unique whereby it can be used in conjunction with medication and chemotherapy for example.

Hopi Ear Candling is the use of a long cone made from Beeswax and 100% unbleached cotton, which is also infused with natural oils - usually Sage and Lavender.
When lit, the cone slowly burns down, releasing the natural oils. This aids with clearing and soothing nasal passages, helping to reduce headaches, helping break down earwax, clearing upper respiratory pathways, reduces stress and provides relaxation and balance.
The cone is always held by myself until it finishes.
Once finished, we can enjoy the analysis together - I cut open the end of the cone to reveal how much residue is left. This determines the extent of the blockages.
Each treatment typically lasts between 8-12 minutes each ear.

Threading is with the use of 100% unbleached and anti-bacterial cotton. It is a simple, inexpensive and efficient way of removing unwanted hair with minimal pain and irritation.
Neat results are achieved, with hair re-growth after approximately 2-4 weeks.
Threading can be used to remove hair from the eyebrows, top lip, chin, and full face.
Unlike other methods of hair removal, very short hair can be removed with little irritation to the area, making it possible to go over the area more than once.
Threading is also good for individuals that have undergone strong acne treatments where the skin has become very delicate, as well as for sensitive skin as it does not cause breakouts, excessive redness or pigmentation like waxing or shaving can.

Spray tanning is done in a tan tent, and tanning colour varies from a gentle sunkissed tan for fairer skinned individuals, to a deep tanned look - clients' preference.
