South West Mallorca Holiday Rentals started trading 20 years ago, we primarily offered apartments and a small selection of villas in the South West of the Island. 15 years ago we made a decision to focus on growing the villa side of the business, offering a bespoke concierge package for each client depending on their requirements . Today we have 100 + properties in our portfolio, all of which are privately owned, we regularly inspect them to ensure they continue to meet ours and clients requirements and that we have a personal knowledge of every one of the properties that we offer. Our Sales and IT team are based in the UK , and we have a dedicated team of Property Managers in Mallorca that meet clients on arrival, offer local advice and recommendation and are on call 24 /7 throughout the clients stay. Our success is due to a commitment to outstanding customer service both to our owners who trust us to rent their precious homes and clients who trust us to meet and exceed their families holiday requirements , as such we have high levels of repeat clients and personal recommendations, many of our clients have gone on to purchase their own Holiday Homes, and have allowed us to add these to our expanding portfolio.
