Awful. I've been a member for nearly two years and im now ready to move on. For a hotel making vast profits per year the standards of the facilities are shocking. Jacuzzi has been broke for 2 months, pool closed today due to temperature problems, cold showers, muddy floors, broken straps in gyms the list is endless. I'm offended I give this company money each month.
