Cheerleading and Dance is about encouraging participation in physical activity for fun and fitness. Available for boys & girls, all ages & all abilities.

CHEERLEADING!
Cheerleading is a fun and challenging way to do exercise.
These classes will teach:
jumping, motions, stunting, gymnastics, chanting and dancing.
With the combination of current music, creative choreography these elements are combined to create exciting routines using pom poms.


DANCE!
These dance classes will teach a combination of different street dance styles such as, break-dance, house, popping & locking and more.

These classes will make you sweat, dance, laugh and you will definitely make new friends.
