Had a ring that had dated in the draw took it to Spencer who advised me well and today I picked up a amazing beautiful piece of jewellery that I will wear daily......one very happy customer who will be returning very very soon Spencer and his son along with the Ladies there are such beautiful people and never again will I shop else where HIGHLY RECOMMENDED xxx

We wouldn't consider going anywhere else for jewellery. Outstanding service, quality and a really lovely man. We bought my wife's engagement and wedding rings here, and Mr Morgan Jones has helped with sizing and cleaning a number of times. He's also changed the size of another vintage ring for us. The ladies in the shop are incredibly helpful. Spending time in the shop is a delight. We could not recommend this shop enough. The best in Swansea bar none.

I have many diamond rings but I have two rings which have great sentimental value that are set with cubic zirconia.

I needed a stone in each ring replaced. The lady in the shop said she would take the rings for Mr Morgan to look at.

On her return I was told that the stones would not be able to be replaced due to Mr Morgan not feeling he could do a satisfactory enough job on them. I explained that one of them I had worn daily for 17 years and it meant a lot to me. This ring looked terrible with the missing stone and I was so disappointed at the thought if not being able to wear it again.

No solutions were offered, just a repetition of what was first said.

A couple then came in to browse at wedding rings and I was abruptly dismissed.

On leaving I remembered I had had a necklace repaired in S G jewellery around the corner. I called in and the gentleman examined the rings, tried the stones for size and asked if I was happy with them both. I was more than happy and returned in 40 minutes to collect them.

The result was better than expected, both look as they did originally, I am so pleased that the are not relegated to a jewellery box, never to be worn again.

I was planning on purchasing both my engagement and wedding rings from Spencer Morgan but will now spend my money elsewhere. It was all too obvious that my rings, even though carrying huge sentimental value for me were too below par to invest any time in by this retailer....

What a lovely experience and amazing service! My partner Ruth had booked a surprise trip to Rome for us both and informed me only two days previously.
I had always planned to propose to her if we ever went to Rome. Although being a blokey bloke I had wanted to buy her an engagement ring, she had always wanted to wear her late mothers ring. This ring was several sizes too big. So, two days before departure I visit and explain my predicament to Mr Morgan. Other jewellers had quoted 3 weeks. Mr Morgan....an hour and a half! Saved my bacon and what a wonderful expert job! He will be my jeweller of choice from now on and I won't hesitate to recommend him. Good old fashioned quality and service! Many thanks.
