Was privy to some of the new menu meals tonight! Didn’t disappoint!

Highly recommend the honey Balti and the superb naan bread!

The service was none other than 5* The new decoration is coming on a treat also!

Great place to have a take away or sit down meal!

The staff was brilliant had a laugh with them and the food was outstanding we had meal for four good value for the money x

Outstanding service.Staff make it a personal experience.I'm a fussy eater,and they always go out of their way to adapt the meal to suit my taste.I'm truly grateful for that.I've not eaten at a restaurant who have done this before.They remember what I like.Food is fresh and I always leave feeling satisfied and full.I won't even eat at another indian now.The Spice Lounge is definitely the favourite of mine and my partner.Absolutely love it.Hoping to get you guys to cater for our wedding ☺

Myself and family went here for my mother in law 50th birthday meal i would just like to say the food was amazing the staff were lovely and so kind i would highly recommend the spice lounge our evening was great also would just like to say there was 33 of us and everything was still perfect and run smooth thank you to Chris and the staff xx

Myself and 15 colleagues went here last night for a leaving meal for one of our colleauges. From the point of booking and pre ordering to the sitting down to eat, The staff were extremely professional, helpful, polite and good fun. We had the most fabulous evening, no delay serving us all together at each course. The food was lovely with no complaints from the Group. Thank you Spice Lounge for a fab first visit, i will be back.

I’ve drove past here so many times and decided yesterday to give this place a try, and it definitely didn’t disappoint!



Messaged via Facebook for a table for 7.30pm, quick response for a reservation and we arrived an hour early, they still let us in and have our table.



Clean throughout, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the food was so yummy.



We will be coming here again without a doubt!



Thankyou to the staff for helping to get the pram up the stairs and helping my brother to get down the stairs and even walked him nearly to the car whilst I had my sleepy girl to carry. Thankyou.��

I don’t know how to start! This restaurant absolutely made our night celebrating my mother’s 50Th birthday! The staff could not help enough, gave us all a really warm welcome & obliging to the decorations I brought with us. The food well.... outstanding!!! I came here last night for food with the wife and children. I have to say the food here was absolutely superb with very high standards. I had the Honey Baltic which was a 10/10 dish. Atmosphere was great and the waiters were very attentive. Overall it deserves a 5 star for food and service.

Have been many times before and also had take aways from you, last night we came for my uncles 65th birthday and retirement meal, service and food was fantastic as always we had 3 young children with us 7,3and2 and they were as welcomed as much as us adults ! Our waiter made sure they were as happy as us adults ,never a disappointment when ever we visit

Had an Achari chicken for Change last week.. oh my word .. was GAWJUS only problem was had to share it with my daughter who also loved it.. naans are fantastic too

Amazing food and very accommodating! I am a vegan and the guys were absolutely fab with it! I was able to sit with my family and eat without feeling like a burden or an inconvenience. If you're on a diet for health reasons or for environmental reasons, this is the place to come! Great vegan food and I bet their other stuff is also excellent! Very affordable too! Wonderful time here and would definitely recommend.

A fabulous birthday meal for a family of 15... Polite, friendly and courteous staff, nothing was too much trouble! Food was delicious and plenty of it ( which we took the leftovers away ) my girls loved the chocolate fountain! My party wasn't rushed at all and we felt very looked after. Thank you x

Just a quick line to say how disappointed I was with service on Saturday 4th June 2016.

I called in for a takeaway on my way home from work. I was advised by a colleague to try the Spice lounge.

When I arrived (about 7.15pm) I was advised that there would be a 30 minute wait for my order. As it was a Saturday night I thought that wasn't unreasonable.

What I was unhappy about was the fact my order took 50 minutes to arrive. Nearly an hour is not very good at all. That's nearly double what I was told. There was no apology either.

Next time I'll be returning to the Bayleaf in town.

At least there they also give complimentary poppadoms, and that's even without making the customer wait nearly an hour.

Very poor service.

Therefore unable to submit the form.

I tried to submit this via their FB page and it didn't appear on their timeline.

Problematic just to make contact.

After calling ahead and told our order would be ready in 30 minutes - we arrived and unfortunately had to wait a further 45 minutes!!! People arriving and leaving with their takeaways before my husband got ours! I don't mind waiting but at least tell us it will be an hour so we don't have to sit around waiting!! Gutted about the service as really love the food! Will be tempted to go elsewhere in future
