I delivered a pair of boots to Nicola Miller here as she asked and she didn't pay for them so I certainly would not trust my health with these ppl as they seem happy to steal
Saw a neurologist. Did a half baked examination was rude and told me it was post viral even though hasn't been I'll previously. Proven now to be severe spinal cord compression due to a large disc bulge in my neck causing all my symptoms. 8 weeks later still waiting for letter after appointment shocking. Handling of complaint currently on Going had been poor and nothing like what's promised on their website.
Had 2 separate consultations. I asked for my results and for a reference to another surgeon to which they didn't get back to me for over 3 weeks after I made many calls back. Feel like they take your money for a consultation ignore you.
Fantastic staff! I had a mole removed by Dr Long and he was so friendly and professional, made me feel completely at ease. He done a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this hospital. ☺
I found a lump in my breast, went to see my GP that day who put through an urgent referal to Llandough and told me i'd have an appointment i about 2 to 3 weeks. I asked about going private and was told.the wait would probably be the same. I phoned Spire and they fit me in the following day!! I had a mammogram first then saw a consultant with a nurse who went through the results...all clear!! I cannot recommend Spire enough because they were all so kind and put me at ease, particularly the nurse who was just wonderful. Also glad i went because the appointment at Llandough,bearing in mind was urgent, was 7 weeks after my referral! Thank you Spire xx

Absolutely unorganized and rude. Wouldn't return my calls, hung up on me, lie. I was ready to have a procedure with them but I won't. I don't trust my health with them.
For Gods sake dont ask for an Invoice! Totally inept...
