Here at Splash Dance Academy we are passionate about passing on our love of dance and performance to all pupils. Our hour long classes across a range of dancing styles are both enjoyable, nurturing and progressive in their nature as well as being focused on technique and performance. The classes will not only inspire a love of dance and performance but can improve your child's rhythm, timing, coordination, memory, social and communication skills. Children will hone their dance technique through fun exercises and games. They will learn specially choreographed routines to fun, child friendly music, in which they will be able to practise their skills, technique and performance. The children will work towards performing these routines in end of year shows in which they will have an opportunity to perform in front of an audience. This will help to build the pupils confidence and in turn contribute to the pupils willingness to take on new challenges in all aspects of life.
With over 7 years experience in teaching dance, we understand how to get the best out of our young performers. We delight in seeing pupils have fun, make friends, learn new skills and discover their inner performer. Our classes are accessible to children of all dance abilities. Our teachers and assistant teachers are fluent in both English and Welsh. We treat every child as an individual and focus on each child to ensure progress.
