Sports Direct Carmarthen

Found two pairs of trainers and two pairs of work boots, to ask a staff member to help in finding the right size to be told he will be back in a few minutes, to be left there waiting for 20 minutes. so I went to the tills to ask for assistance to be told I can't help you'll have to find someone els who is on shop floor. So i put the item's back and left with nothing. the attitude and assistance from members of staff there today 22/10/17 was appalling.

The service in this place is diabolical! I wanted to buy a pair of trainers. The staff member took them from me to take to the till, without waiting for me to tie up my shoes. When I got to the till, he ignored me, and I never got served!
Absolutely ludicrous!

RUDE STAFF AND DONT CARE IF YOUR ITEMS ARE FAULTY THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE THEM.. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS CARMARTHEN STORE

I went to Carmarthen Sports Direct and I asked for assistance and they were too busy. THEY NEED TO EMPLOY MORE STAFF. I will not be visiting this store again as it was too busy and staff just ignored me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AS THIS IS STORE IS UNHELPFUL AND RUDE.
