Sports Wellness Massage

At Sports Massage Wellness I aim to support recovery. As an ex athlete myself I understand the needs of my clients. Based at home but available to travel.

I know what the body feels like when training takes its toll and what is needed in order to recover as quickly as possible. I was an athlete myself, I started athletics when I was 11 years old and competed for club, university and country in Heptathlon. I believe my background as an athlete helps me understand my clients needs.
My Experiences include:
Massage Therapist for Wales at the 2012 Welsh Athletics International which included not only UK Olympians but also athletes from USA, Trinidad and Tobago, Australia and Germany.
Massage therapist for Cardiff Metropolitan University at various athletics events including the British University Championships.
Massage Therapist at the Welsh Athletics Championships.
