words fail me why can no one get in touch with head office and have them answer the phone

Pair of walking shoes purchased this morning. Just went to put them on & security tag was still attached. Been ringing adverised number on several occasions, almost 20 minutes in total, ringing out but no annswer. Poor customer service, will now have to drive 12 miles return trip to sort it out. Not very impressed to say the least!!!!

Appalled that a company as large as this do not offer refunds unless item is faulty, just exchanges or credit notes ! Ridiculous in this century !!!! Will shop on line elsewhere in future.

Not a great choice on women's clothing. The staff isn't generally bothered with you.

Great service, and good selection of cheap luggage
