So yesterday I decided I needed some new shoes for a charity run that im doing next week and went to the Sports direct in Morfa because the one in Neath didnt have what I wanted. So! I arrived in the store and noticed it was quite busy as the kids were back in school in a few days. My mother and I went upstairs to look for some shoes, I found 2 that I really liked, so I looked around and couldnt find any staff, I went right the way over to the other side of the floor and saw a man tidying. So I kindly asked him "excuse me, but is there anyone that can help me with looking for some shoes?". And the reply I got was absolutely shocking. He turned around in a massive huff and loudly said "ahhh oh my god not another one!". He said it right to our faces. As he used his walkytalky to get another member of staff to help us, I simply smiled and was kind enough to say thank you to him. So as we started walking towards the shoes, a lovely member of staff approached us and asked if we needed any help. I dont believe this was the man who was called up to come see us but was just passing by and asked if we were ok. He was happy and cheerful and had wonderful manners and left there with exactly what I wanted :)
So, honestly some staff in that shop are incredibly rude and need to be seen to by their managers and others need praise or a promotion! Thank you to the lovely man who served me, I wish I caught his name to comment about him on here.

Rude manager ! He was called as we had picked up a item which went through at a higher price than on sale for, he point blank refused to sell the product Or honour the price marked and was arrogant even though it was the staff's fault for pricing it up wrong he refused to budge or do anything, even insinuating we had removed a sticker from another item and put on the one we wanted to buy!! awful customer service!!!!!!

It's a Sports Direct store so you get exactly what you expect in every other store. Rude staff, onerous returns policy and a messy layout.

Only giving credit notes for returned items is as bad as refusing a refund. They know a large proportion of credit notes get lost, make sure what you buy fits.
