Bloomfields update.... It's with great regret we have decided to cease trading at Bloomfields shopping center due to health reasons. Jay is very ill and can no longer help out where he can. Unfortunately we will not be at Bloomfields this week. After a rough month of hospital stays rest and recuperation has been ordered. We will be back next Thursday. Thanks for your understanding.

Yesterday I decided to have my honey and treacle Wheaten buttered for dinner. Oh wow it really is lovely.

A selection of recent cakes that have gone out. Just a wee reminder that in order to make bespoke cakes we do need at least 2 weeks notice as we aren't always able to take on short notice requests.

Here is where we are this weekend, loads happening and set to be busy with great weather.

In our usual spot at bloomies again today and tomorrow. We have rocky road back on the menu, cinnamon buns and all your regular favourites.

We have used sprinkles and crumbs for a number of occasions now, they always exceed expectations. Best cakes I've ever tasted. Thank you very much for my mums 50th cake this time round, she was very pleased

We got 75 cupcakes in 6 different flavours today for everyone in our work. Every single person loved their cupcake, they were delicious and looked fab. Will def use sprinkles and crumbs again and would def recommend them for flavour and service. I only got to try 1 flavour which was the chocolate orange, it was really yum! Thanks

These guys know a good cake! Not only have we had delicious cakes and cupcakes from here, the service we received is second to none. Thanks for putting such a lot of effort into making my sister-in-law's birthday cake so special. It almost looked too good to eat! I'd recommend them to anyone.

These guys did an amazing job on birthday cupcakes - not only were they last minute but also stunning and nut free!!! Which made the birthday even more special, can’t thank you enough! ��

Thank you so much to Sprinkles and Crumbs for our Fantastic 70th Birthday Cake and Cupcakes for my Dad’s Birthday yesterday!! It was a total surprise and he and all the guests loved it and the red velvet tasted amazing!! The most photographed cake in Northern Ireland!! LOL ���

My little girl is dairy intolerant and it's her first bday party today. I found 'Sprinkles and Crumbs' online too late to have a bday cake made but called in in the hope I could grab a few cupcakes for her big party. They didn't have any left but when I told them the situation, they just said they would "whip some up" and they would be ready today, just like that! Excellent service. I also grabbed a couple of buns while I was in there and they were delicious, we are now firm fans!

Just had one of the pork and caramelised onion sausage rolls. Absolutely superb, one of the best I've ever had, would highly recommend not only that but the buns and cakes as well

Jay did a fab celebration cake for me, it looked great and tasted amazing. My guests couldn't stop talking about how yummy it was and they loved all the little butterflies. I can't recommend highly enough.

I'd just like to thank Jason and Jess again, for their efforts in producing a fantastic Vintage Sewing Machine cake for my mum's 90th birthday. Not only did it look amazing, but it was also extremely tasty�

I was extremely pleased with my nephews Wedding Cake baked by Jay and Jess. They delivered the cake to the venue and set it up on the cake table. It was the three tier Liz cake with 1 chocolate layer 1 Victoria layer and 1 Lemon layer. The taste was exquisite and I took many compliments on behalf of the Bride and Groom. Well done Sprinkles & Crumbs you should be proud. I would not hesitate to recommend this company , no wonder you both were exhausted!!

I recently purchased some tray bakes and cupcakes from your stall at the Dalriada festival ,all I can say is that the chocolate Guinness cake was out of this world , the nicest chocolate cake I have EVER had ! I will shortly be in the bakery to get some more !

I met this guy in Bloomfield's this morning for the first time. Apart from him being such a nice guy , his treats are lush (just had apple crumble cake) and he does GF and coeliac friendly stuff ( other half loved them) . Will be back next week for more

I had my 21st birthday cake made my sprinkles and crumbsin June!! I can't say enough about the cake, it not only looked beautiful, but it was so so tasty!! I would highly recommend!! Thanks again!

I got my 18th birthday cake done by this company two years ago and I could never find there Facebook page to ever tell them how amazing it was, they even have put editable lace designs!! I searched high and low to re find yous to make my mums 50th as the chocolate cake in my cake was to die for so glad I've found your Facebook page and delighted that yous are opening a shop will definitely have to call in and try more of there stuff as the vanilla and chocolate sponge is to die for!! 110% recommend!!� �

I don't even have a sweet tooth but yours is the cake of my dreams! Everybody get up there quick and buy some: it's slightly off the beaten track and worth making a point of visiting!

Got 18 individual cupcakes made all with different designs, the price was great for all the things I had asked and each one was amazing! The cupcakes were very tasty and my family enjoyed the surprise too. The staff are friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend!!

Called in this week for a full fry after seeing a photo of its little brother on FB!

I was not disappointed. Very tasty!

And a proper cup of tea to go with it, oh yes!



Couldn't resist leaving with a caramelised onion sausage roll for my lunch!

Called in this morning for the first time, really friendly welcome, and they were more than happy to accommodate my nut allergy - left with an apple turnover, two sausage rolls and a slice of carrot cake to share with family and they were all truly delicious! Will absolutely be going back

Called in only half an hour ago, missed the scones...message to me... call earlier next time! Very friendly welcome. Explained to them about my daughters nut allergy and was given a complete list of ingredients. Bought sausage rolls, carrot cake and apple turnover. The sausage roll with the red onion reduction was fantastic! I'll be back!!!
