Ssj Flooring, Machining & Sprayshop Services

Well this is the one of the jobs I've got to squeeze in this month!! Only 150m2 of 10 11 12 and 15" boards for charter house london!! Think the email says it all? It's a lottery funded refurb and yes I'm making the flooring!! 10 11 an 12 inch boards are easy enough thanks to kenton jones ltd welshpool letting me use his machine but the 15" are going to be as bespoke as you get and alot of blood sweat tears and blue language used whilst trying to machine 4 meter lengths of 15" wide floor boards! Will keep you updated with pics but a small family business doing this sort of floor shows the dedication and quality we put into what we produce to keep all customers happy!

Busy day (or few) in the unit ripping 8 packs of quarter sawn oak to size before machining them into flooring for another quick 225m2 job going out next week!!!

Well another hard day at the office Friday ripping 30+ inch boards into the jobs required widths!! Will get a bigger saw one day 🙈🙈😂😂

Well there goes Jerry halls floor, gone up to 130m2 but only 95m2 in stock so more to do! Next job that arrived today is 480m2 for a project in London, how big is one place to need 480m2 of flooring?? 🙈🙈

Well that's the last packs done! 26 done in total so thats 6142 pos rails made this year for wyevale garden centres, all done and out ahead of time an done within 3 weeks plus all other jobs out on Time so a big thank you to michalea Jones who prob made 4000 + to allow me to work on other jobs #allcustomershappy 👍👍

Well had a lovely compliment off a customer today, done some samples of flooring architrave and skirting for him over a month ago, his builder got him samples of all the same products from howdens t & g builders ect and he said when lay side by side ours at ssj flooring are on a different level for quality and at a better price! Thank you
