Horrendous ! Lack of care no one has a clue what they are doing In this surgery. Receptionist think they are Drs and Drs you see are never the same. Shocking experiences with Drs at this surgery and the surgery manager is completely incompetent!

Great surgery, all staff very friendly and new physio service is brilliant

Against a backdrop of incredible pressures and lack of resources (not widely reported in the news as yet) all GPs and staff in all practices in Wales work tirelessly and selflessly in a caring and compassionate way for their patients. You will find that those people who choose to give practices 1 star reviews are usually the ones with unrealistic and selfish demands, may have been removed from practice lists for abusive and unreasonable behaviour and take valuable clinician time away from those people who really need it.

Disappointed to have moved out of the catchment area for this practice. After 8 years of living down the road (admittedly only had cause to visit a few times). Always helpful, with staff and the medical team. Thought I'd post this given the negative reviews, as this was the best doctors surgery I've had, and having just experienced my new one in East Newport, will miss it!
