St David’s Estate Agents was Established in 1990. We are a family run business and specialists in Commercial Sales and Property Management.
St David'S Commercial Description
During the last 29 years we have strived to establish the name of St. David's as one of the most respected and successful Commercial Estate Agents in North Wales. We specialise in commercial Sales as well as having over 100 properties to rent on our books at present. We pride ourselves on being professional and affordable but still adapting a friendly and warming environment.
St Davids Commercial was established by husband and wife Colin and Deborah Flannigan with daughter Charlotte Flannigan joining them full time in 2011, after she finished exploring other avenues and areas of study.
St Davids Property Management runs alongside St Davids Commercial and makes sure that all our tenants and landlords are happy with the service we provide. We make sure the tenants rent are paid. We also make sure that all the regulations that are now mandatory are put in place at every property and checked regularly.
