Absolute shambles! Used this vet for my puppies to have their Vaccines to be told I would be better off having both vaccines done there at a certain price which sounded like a good deal. Went ahead paid for both vaccinations to make sure they were covered completely before going to their new homes. Now after phoning for 4 months to sort out a invoice that keeps coming and none of the staff could tell me what it’s for. To be told today that it’s more on top of the original price. So the Vet is blatantly lied to me, Absolutely disgusting will never use these again, Most unorganised, time wasting Vets I have come across. Fuming!!! Not that Vets are expensive enough anyway but I chose to have animals so I need to look after them and that I really don’t mind doing or paying for them but I do not appreciate being made a mug of!!!! From now on I will stay with what I know and only use Emerald Vets in Tumble. Amazing Vet, huge difference in prices and everyone of my Bulldogs will only ever go there again.
