St James Veterinary Group

St James Neath is an excellent practice in my opinion overall. The vets are caring and have my animals best interest at heart NOT money, which these days is quiet unusual. This is in fact the reason why I moved to them in the first place. I think diagnose is about the animals needs NOT maximising profit.
The vets are helpful, they explain whats wrong and the plan of treatment and follow up care. the Veterinary nurses are lovely and sweet with the animals, and explain exactly whats going on and will spend time with you if your distressed to, which to me is vital as after all these pets are part of our family.
When one of my dogs unfortunately passed away the vet even sent me a bereavement card which i thought was a lovely touch.
If you want good all round service look no further then St James Neath for a Veterinary practice.

A good vet with helpful and friendly staff

have been with st james vets for many years have only praise for them as they looked after my dog max who was suffering with urinal problems he was very ill but they were wounderfull they tried everything they could to prolong his life without pain witch I am greatfull for .sadly he had to be put to sleep they were so understanding and you could tell they were upset as well I am very greatfull to them a great practice at both neath and sketty .I now have a new dog and he is already registered with st james would not go any where else .

Great service. Cares more about the animals than the money. All the vets especially James, Geriant and Tamara are super friendly and even allow my husky a chance to know them, before being prod. Would recommended them to any of my friends and NEVER go anywhere else.

Unfortunately we had to have our dog to sleep yesterday. She has over the years had exceptional service from this branch and sketty. Yesterday was no exception we were seen by James who was so caring and kind with both us and holly. He took time to explain the procedure and he had a lovely caring manner. We are forever grateful for your kind words at this difficult time. I would recommend any of the practices as they all go above and beyond .
