When you see the correct doctor you do get things down for you or send y where u need to be. Other times you do get messed about. Staff not really aware of Autism made my autistic child wait 1hr 10min last dec 2016 for asthma check up cancelled and re-booked in at later time without being informed aa had my card with times written down by reception when appointment waa made. No apologie nothing from reception staff but asthma specialist nicola couldn't apologise enough made new appointment in January as by boy was very stressed out at this point climbing the bed walls knocked computer off. Nite mare on times. All nurses are very nice and very helpfuln
