Reception staff are vile rude shout no patience or humility drs are amazing sad to leave can't put up with attitude from reception any more

Very good overall except one time that the GP Googled my symptoms and offered me the treatment that Google suggested...

Can sometimes be frustrating trying to get an appointment however one doctor here effectively saved my life !!!!

I've read the other reviews but totally disagree. Obviously they did experience something I never have. I have been registered with this surgery for a total of two years and have found everyone, without exception, to be kind, sympathetic and amazingly helpful. The Reception staff have always been great. I required regular almost daily treatment this year and the nurses were brilliant. Their sense of humour is wonderful. I depend on continual medical support and am very grateful for their professionalism.

Reception experience leaves a great deal to be desired; insincere and uncaring.

Appointment system designed to suit the convenience of someone; but not the patients. Reception staff who treat you like an idiot when you ask them to explain something a second time.
