Hi all,
Below is an event that me and a few other Reiki Masters are running on Sunday for those of you who wish to receive a Reiki treatment, or are missing your regular Reiki treatments during this time.
We currently have space for nine treatments on Sunday, but this may increase if other Reiki practitioners join us in giving this gentle and calming energy out ❤️
... With a distant treatment, you remain in your home and we in ours. The treatment is given using Reiki symbols to connect with you from a distance. Therefor, no contact is necessary, this is an old and original Reiki technique and I have had the privileged of working with it successfully for years.
If you would like to be in receipt, then let me know and I will send you the details, and please read the information in the event also for further information.
Also, this will hopefully be a regular weekend service, so if you are a Reiki practitioner yourself and know how to do treatments distantly and would like to join our team, then please feel free to ask ❤️🙏😊

Good afternoon yogis 🙋‍♀️
As you may have already heard, the Fontygary Leisure park has closed it's doors to the public. This means that our yoga workshop cannot take place on Monday and Tuesday.
To ensure that your learning continues, I have prepared documents to email you, regarding both this workshop and the last Chakra balancing workshop.
... I have two documents ready, but I have only had a handful of you send me your email addresses. If you could send them in to me, I can send all the documents off on Monday.
I will continue to then send documents, every time one is finished and will continue to do so throughout this period of non contact. The subject matter will cover mainly Mindfulness, Ayurveda and Yoga, but may venture into other areas of health and well being too 😉
If you know of a member of class who is not on social media, could you please let them know and either collect their email address for me, or give them my contact details and get them to email me over the next couple of days. My email address is:

As of today the drop in yoga classes will be on hold for four weeks.
We are hoping to be back on the 21st of April, but I will assess the situation nearer the time.
A few have asked if I could run outdoor yoga classes in the meantime if the weather picks up, I will of course consider this option too, and will let you know if I decide to go ahead.
... Next week is the last week of our workshops, as long as the fontygary is open and I am well, I will be there for those wishing to come. But for those not wishing to finish the workshop off as a group, I am offering one to one sessions free of charge for this class. I am also in the process of creating the workshop in a document for you to have. If you are interested, then send me your email address and I will email it to you.
The new workshop should commence on the week of the 20th April all being well, but I will keep you informed of this week on week.

HI everybody 😊
I have added two new events for March. Both are running over four weeks at a cost of £25, and both will be held at the Fontygary Leisure Park.
One yoga workshop will continue to run on a Tuesday night at 6.45pm in Bayview, this is now fully booked and I will be taking payment from this week.
... The other workshop will run at a new time, replacing our Thursday evening workshop. The new day and time is on a Monday evening at 6.45pm, also in Bayview. This workshop still has a few available places, and I will also start collecting bookings and payment for this workshop this week. If you would like to join us, please let me know.
Also, our Tuesday morning drop in class will no longer be held at the Fontygary Leisure park, from tomorrow, the 11th February, this class will take place in Romily Park Bowling Club in Barry. This is in Romily Park near the Knap. It is at 11am at a cost of £5.

Just a reminder that there is no yoga this week.
Yoga will resume from Tuesday 11th February.

We have our Reiki Master Practitioners course running on Sunday. This course is suitable for anyone who is initiated into Okuden or Second degree Reiki, of any lineage.
Please find all the details enclosed in both the description and the event posts on the link below.
I will also be running a Shoden or First degree Reiki course at the end of the month. This is suitable for beginners, and teaches the foundations, or three pillars of Reiki. These teachings provide techniques... and knowledge handed down from the Buddhist monk Mikao Usui in the early twentieth century, and can help you to step on to the path of a happier and healthier life.

Tuesday morning 11am - drop in class at Bay View at Fontygary Leisure Park - £5
... Tuesday evening 6.45pm - yoga 7 week workshop - This workshop is currently full, but if you have spoken to me about a place for the workshop, then a place is yours - £40
Thursday evening 6.45pm - yoga workshop - this workshop is now also full, if you have messaged about coming then a place has been reserved.
If you have any questions about any of these classes, please feel free to ask.
Yoga one to one sessions will also start back up from Saturday 4th January. These are £15 for an hours session with me 😊 the first available slot will be on Monday as the weekend has already booked up. So if you would like to book in with me then drop me a message and we can sort that out for you.
