Starbucks Coffee

Absolutely terrible experience the manager was very very rude staff were decent the whole place stank of raw sewage and is still the same way to this day

It is OK as a treat now and again but I find it very expensive especially if it's all the family. Always have to ask for my coffee extra hot or it comes cold and even then not as hot as I would like. The coffee shops are never clean dirty tables and floors need extra staff to take care of this. Always a long wait for drinks as under staffed. They make so much money they could have better standards been in lots of their shops and all are the same.

Home from home. Staff always welcoming and genuinely lovely people, great for watching the world go by and of course free refills on the filter are always a positive. Best bucks in Cardiff.

To be honest it's the same as any other Starbucks.
It's handy that it's a city centre.

Always make sure I pop in whenever I can get away from my office. Service is always quick and efficient. My drink is almost always spot on and you gotta love when you get to see Naz too! She is hilarious. Starbucks baristas are quite easy on the eye but this girl is something else! So beautiful ❤️ I've never met such a positive, vibrant personality! I can understand why people come back if they are anything like me! My flat whites are always beautiful and taste amazing whenever she's on bar. Definitely makes my 6am starts a happier one when she's working!

Great friendly staff. Take the time to remember the regulars names and make pleasant conversation.

Can't go wrong with a good Starbucks coffee. Well sometimes you can. With a lot of different staff now working here, drink quality and very much vary from time to time and isn't as friendly as other stores around the area, that isn't sad for all the staff. Some can brighten your entire day, others can leave you feeling like a normal customer. But its still Starbucks coffee
