So last night I held my First Ladies night for all my personal training clients and women’s weight loss club. A great turn out with some amazing suppliers who I would like to thank! @aureliuscandles for lovely candles, wax melts, body lotions and washes and room sprays . @hausofcakeuk for amazing cupcakes! So I do not look happy at all at week 1 but after 4.5 months of eating clean, training hard and committing to my goal of fitting in my wedding dress I look very happy .
After not training regularly after having a car crash in February, May was the time to really hit it hard. . .
... I started at a weight of 69.6kg and the day before by wedding I weighed in at 62.7kg. No stupid diets, I still had cheat days , yes the first 10 weeks were the toughest but it was all worth it ! I haven’t always given my PT clients this strict a diet plan to follow as it is time consuming and hard work to calorie count, weigh all your food etc but hard work really does pay off so if anyone is wanting results like this and completely revamp their lifestyle then do get in contact . . Right now I have put on a little bit of weight after honeymoon - im at 65kg - but now back on it before the Xmas festivities. What a fabulous way to get fit, build confidence and lose weight! I joined the last 12 week session and it has improved my life, Steph is motivating and the sessions she runs are never dull -they are tailored to your fitness level yet challenging! I was a bit nervous when I joined, but I knew I needed to do something and knew starting SW or WW would not suit me- I managed to lose almost 2stone and changed my shape in the last session, and that was attributed to exercise and my new focus on eating, which Steph has big a big part of.

It has been fabulous to see how well all the ladies have done, the before and after pictures really show what Steph achieves-as they say, the results speak for themselves.

Trying to get back into shape after having three kids. I work nearly full time so need something that works around the family and job. The early morning sessions are perfect for this. I am starting my 2nd 12 week cycle, this time doing 3 sessions a week as I enjoyed the first cycle so much. Great group of ladies. This is working really well for me. Lost over a stone in the first cycle and I really enjoy it too. Every session is different. I can highly recommend.

Such an amazing and inspiring lady. Always positive and helpful. The class/groups are fun but hard work. However the environment makes it all enjoyable and when you are surrounded by like minded people who have had amazing results it makes you more confident and determined. I was stuck in a rut with my weight and poor mental health wasn't helping. After looking around for something I took the plunge and started fight the fat club with Steph. I went from couch potato with zero motivation to not only enjoying my classes but actually looking forward to them and exercising on my own at home and in the gym. I have already had amazing results after 12 weeks and now there it no looking back, I'm more motivated than ever and looking forward to further results and more self confidence. Steph was able to quickly identify the issues that were causing the problems in my leg muscles after years of putting up with them. The sports massages I had were great and helped so much. She also helped by giving me the relevant stretching & strengthening exercise routines designed specifically for my muscle problem.



I would highly recommend Steph for her knowledge and ability to quickly identify and treat issues you may have. I will definitely be using Steph in the future.

I started going to Stephs fight the fat club to get in shape for my holiday to actually feel comfy in a bikini. I lost about 8lbs before I went and toned everywhere up and actually felt comfy in my bikini while I was away.

The weekly weigh ins spurred me on and motivated me to stay on track. The training sessions targeted at all over toning were hard but good, also different every week so never got boring. I stared out training with Steph after having my second child and can honestly say I’ve never looked back. Over a year later and I still love the sessions she puts together. Always changing it up so nothing gets dull. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in general fitness and body shape and have achieved things I never thought I’d be able to do.



When I first started a few hundred metres on the treadmill was sooo hard and now I can run 4+ miles, so happy with what I’ve achieved.



My sessions have been based at lifestyle fitness and after initially being terrified and so nervous of the whole gym experience, I now really enjoy it. The wide range of different equipment available always makes sessions interesting and varied.



Personal training is not the cheapest but for me it has been 100% value for money and can’t recommend Steph enough. She is extremely easy to work with and always ready to offer any advice with any fitness/health queries I have.

What a fabulous way to get fit, build confidence and lose weight! I joined the last 12 week session and it has improved my life, Steph is motivating and the sessions she runs are never dull -they are tailored to your fitness level yet challenging! I was a bit nervous when I joined, but I knew I needed to do something and knew starting SW or WW would not suit me- I managed to lose almost 2stone and changed my shape in the last session, and that was attributed to exercise and my new focus on eating, which Steph has big a big part of.

It has been fabulous to see how well all the ladies have done, the before and after pictures really show what Steph achieves-as they say, the results speak for themselves.

Have enjoyed it so much I’ve joined the next 6week session!Thanks Steph!

Trying to get back into shape after having three kids. I work nearly full time so need something that works around the family and job. The early morning sessions are perfect for this. I am starting my 2nd 12 week cycle, this time doing 3 sessions a week as I enjoyed the first cycle so much. Great group of ladies. This is working really well for me. Lost over a stone in the first cycle and I really enjoy it too. Every session is different. I can highly recommend.

Such an amazing and inspiring lady. Always positive and helpful. The class/groups are fun but hard work. However the environment makes it all enjoyable and when you are surrounded by like minded people who have had amazing results it makes you more confident and determined. I was stuck in a rut with my weight and poor mental health wasn't helping. After looking around for something I took the plunge and started fight the fat club with Steph. I went from couch potato with zero motivation to not only enjoying my classes but actually looking forward to them and exercising on my own at home and in the gym. I have already had amazing results after 12 weeks and now there it no looking back, I'm more motivated than ever and looking forward to further results and more self confidence. Thank you so much Steph for showing me exercise can be not only rewarding and beneficial but so much fun.

Steph was able to quickly identify the issues that were causing the problems in my leg muscles after years of putting up with them. The sports massages I had were great and helped so much. She also helped by giving me the relevant stretching & strengthening exercise routines designed specifically for my muscle problem.



I would highly recommend Steph for her knowledge and ability to quickly identify and treat issues you may have. I will definitely be using Steph in the future.

Just finished my 12 weeks fight the fat club with Steph. Not only have I Learnt a lot of new ways to exercise but I have gained a better relationship with food and now feel confident in a gym working with weights. After joining the club only 3 months after giving birth, Steph has been so supportive, keeping me motivated and sticking to it. She is also really flexible and understands that sometimes life gets in the way so catching up when you can and not losing out is great! Safe to say I have signed up for another 12 sessions � would highly recommend �

Just completed my first 12 week course, really enjoyed it, i have signed up for the next one! Something different every week so don't get bored of the same routine. My fitness level has really improved already as well as losing some weight. Definitely recommend

Just completed my 4th Fit Club with Steph. I've lost weight when I've been in the right headspace. But more than anything I enjoy the varied workouts and feel much stronger and fitter now. I've refound my passion for exercise in a relaxed environment. Thanks Steph.

I've just completed a 12 week course and absolutely loved it!! Steph is always on hand to offer advice and is very supportive and I loved that no session was the same and felt very motivated during the classes. The classes are very flexible & everyone is so welcoming & friendly. I Would highly recommend and I'm looking forward to doing another course in the coming months.

I started with Steph after Christmas after debating whether or not to go back to slimming world or this. I’m so glad I gave this a go I love it!! Steph gives you lots of motivation and encouragement which gets you focussed. I’m looking forward to my next 12 week session and I’ve even joined the gym to keep it going

I started going to Stephs fight the fat club to get in shape for my holiday to actually feel comfy in a bikini. I lost about 8lbs before I went and toned everywhere up and actually felt comfy in my bikini while I was away.

The weekly weigh ins spurred me on and motivated me to stay on track. The training sessions targeted at all over toning were hard but good, also different every week so never got boring. Being in a group with all the other ladies too was lovely, all swapping tips and recipes. I have joined the next club now too � thank you Steph x

I stared out training with Steph after having my second child and can honestly say I’ve never looked back. Over a year later and I still love the sessions she puts together. Always changing it up so nothing gets dull. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in general fitness and body shape and have achieved things I never thought I’d be able to do.



When I first started a few hundred metres on the treadmill was sooo hard and now I can run 4+ miles, so happy with what I’ve achieved.



My sessions have been based at lifestyle fitness and after initially being terrified and so nervous of the whole gym experience, I now really enjoy it. The wide range of different equipment available always makes sessions interesting and varied.



Personal training is not the cheapest but for me it has been 100% value for money and can’t recommend Steph enough. She is extremely easy to work with and always ready to offer any advice with any fitness/health queries I have.

I joined the 12 week Fight The Fat Club back in April and have thoroughly enjoyed every second! I have managed to keep a smile on my face even through the aching muscles the next day! Steph has been amazing, a great motivator and friend. I would be lost without these sessions now - roll on September for the next 12 weeks! Thank you Steph for everything x

I have trained 'on and off' with Steph since 2008 , every time I enlist on a programme with her she gets me to my goals giving support and encouragement along the way.

Steph can easily adapt exercises to suit any level or personal needs.

With Steph time passes quickly and the sessions are fun and varied.

She can also provide a service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that goals are achieved quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.

I have only been a gym member for about 18 months, doing my own thing with a little guidance if I have asked.... joining Steph’s ladies was one of the best decisions, not only are they a great bunch, but Steph’s taught us so much, there’s no let up, she makes us work, but that’s what we are there for, I think I’ll always do her groups, love it

I have just completed my first 12 week fit club with Steph and have enjoyed it so much I have signed up again! No 2 sessions are the same but they are all designed to make you work hard (at your own pace)and enjoy it. I was a little sceptical at first as I'm not used to exercising in a gym environment but Steph makes you feel at ease and I have enjoyed utilising the equipment.

I have been with Steph in and off last few years with the 12 week session and had results and I know a few other women that have done personal training with Steph and the results are amazing so much so I have signed up and start tomorrow my personal training with Steph I cannot wait cos u know I will see and feel amazing in a few weeks. I have been going to Steph for a number of years doing PT & fight the fat, Steph works you hard which is what you need plus you get to meet lovely people, I am so much fitter thanks to Steph's motivation.

Hello thank you so much for the support over the last 12 weeks. For someone who doesn't feel comfortable going the gym and doesnt have a clue about the gym and exercise etc I found this club and the support really helpful. Even though I did t know what to expect each week the variety helped keep me interested x thank you. X
