A first generation jeweller, Stephen has worked in the jewellery industry since leaving school, providing him with a strong understanding of the industry, and has a great amount of experience from working in the trade. Stephen Hughes is also the longest-serving Chairman of the biggest buying group for independent retail jewellers in the UK and Ireland, The CMJ (Company of Master Jewellers) supports their members by providing help and advice to maximize their business potential.
