Thank you for the shoes and great service this week. Could not be happier

Went into this shop today and had a really good shopping experience, so friendly and professional without being over pushy. They let me take my time in choosing and even provide a service of putting the shoe on and fitting, a first for me.
Thumbs up for this store, such a fantastic range and customer service, so I wouldn't read too much into the above bad review, obviously a carrier bag is more important than the actual experience!!!!!!!!!

First and last time in this shop. Brought a pair of boots in their sale. Asked if i wanted a carrier bag, told i would only get one of their usual plastic carrier bags and not one of their nice black shiny bags with pink handles. Why!!! because i had only paid sale price.

Fantastic range of shoes and handbags, found the staff exceptionally helpful, patient and mannerable. Will definately recommend to anyone.
