Stockton Mill is a peaceful house and garden set by the river Camlad in the vale of Montgomery.
There are views in every direction, to Montgomery Cross, Corndon Hill, Bromlow Callow, Kerry Ridgeway and the Long Mountain. Montgomery is within 5 miles, Welshpool 6 miles, and Shrewsbury within 25 minutes. Nearby sights are Powis castle, Mitchels fold and the Stiperstones.
Activities include walking and cycling, and visiting small market towns. There are several local castles. Good eating is easily found, in Montgomery, and in Ludlow, 30 minutes drive away. The house is comfortable, with a large garden to relax in and enjoy the ambience.
