UPDATE MARCH 2018: Since this review, I have had terrible aftersales service to the point where I am uncomfortable to take my car back for any more work! They repaired a stone chip (which was agreed to be fixed during sales process) with what looked like tip-ex, and took several months to repair properly. When it’s come to servicing time, 3 months later the service light came on again. I suggested that it was the system service light and that they needed to reset it (as per the book!) - they in return told me that it was a major fault on my car and I needed to pay for it to be investigated. After a chat with the area service manager, it turns out I was right. Unfortunately they have some how also turned off all the air bags in my car. Having rang the branch, I got told to fix it myself or call on Monday. Really not helpful when you are driving around in a car that they have switched the airbags off!

Extremely disappointed to say the least and extremely worried to ever take my car there again.

ORGINAL REVIEW:Big thanks to Rich and the team for all their help with my new car! It's safe to say I have bought several new cars over the years, but this has genuinely been one of the best experiences.

Rich in particular went out of his way ensure that my new spider was 100% right and was very patient throughout with all my demands (I had quite a few!). They even made sure I wasn't without a car in between handing back my old one and picking up my new one - which they didn't have to do! Above and beyond definitely sums it up!

Really happy with the car and service received! Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future!

Having not used this SEAT dealership before but needing a 2nd opinion on a fault with my EXEO I booked in even though it was not local to me. What can I say .. This dealership has restored my faith in the motor trade. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were courteous, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. I should like to mention Jordanna on reception, Tom the technician and Sean the service manager in particular. Wow!!! 1st visit here. Seat customer for the last 10 years and always used a particular dealership. Ready to change car and usual dealership unhelpful. Decided to try Stoneacre. Very impressed and pleased with service. An excellent visit with no ‘pressure’ with no ‘gimmick selling’ and a 1st class customer service attitude. Can’t wait for delivery of new car and look forward to dedlingveith my ‘new’ dealership from now on. Well done guys!!!
