I have always found the Servicing Department very efficient and professional each time I time I have dealt with them. A special mention to Shaun, Peter and Christina who are extremely helpful and have excellent communication skills throughout to ensure that their customers are fully satisfied on collection of their vehicle.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I think Stoneacre Wrexham have outdone themselves. Everyone was very pleasant, well informed and I was shown around without feeling pressured to buy. The whole experience didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. The staff made sure I got a deal that was right for me. We recently bought a Fiat 500 lounge in special coral colour Andy "the sales man" was a great help and very knowledgeable about all the cars in the showroom.
He made the process of buying the car very hassle free.
We had 10 day wait for the car because of all the extras we wanted , special paint, reversing sensors and trims and all that sort of stuff.
So he gave us a courtesy car free of charge for the full 10 days
We are very happy and would recommend stoneacre Wrexham to anyone

They couldn't do enough to make this a easy and stress free experience. from the first point of contact they went out of there way to find me the deal that was right for me and one that I was truly happy with. They were very honest kept me informed from start to finish.

I bought a Seat Leon from them recently. They were very friendly and great to deal with. Sam let me have a great test drive mixing the right type of road to mimic my normal commute. They agreed to do some small repairs on the bumper and dents that were present. I'm very pleased with the car, and I will be recommending them to my friends. Big thanks to Rich and the team for all their help with my new car! It's safe to say I have bought several new cars over the years, but this has genuinely been one of the best experiences.

Rich in particular went out of his way ensure that my new spider was 100% right and was very patient throughout with all my demands (I had quite a few!). They even made sure I wasn't without a car in between handing back my old one and picking up my new one - which they didn't have to do! Above and beyond definitely sums it up!

Really happy with the car and service received! Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future!
