Nice experience great modern storage unit, Georgia expalined everything and was very friendly. The reception could have had a few more chairs to sit when reading through the contracts etc.

Awful! Overpriced, 20 sq ft UNDER what i was told and not a thing done about it, they just shower you with jargon and you end up paying even more cash than the already steep prices.

Bottom line, take your time and read the massive amount of small print.....Carefully!!

Great service, clean dry internal storage no containers, not the cheapest option but definitely the best in the area.

Avoid, they give a quote that doesn't include hidden extras, also they told me that I could exit my unit on the 6th when my lease ran out on the 5th, so then they charged me a days rent, this I could live with but they then charged me 4 weeks insurence on a unit I'm not even leasing. So I'm paying £15.50 insurence on NOTHING, and they will charge the next person insurence.

Trust me shop around even if you need to pay a little more.

This company hides behind its T&Cs and will inforce or use them against you at ever opportunity.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think you understand what has happened, I was told by your staff that it was OK to come down to Swansea storage on the 6th to sign out and sort my refund, but on the morning of the 6th £165 pound was taken from my account, when I went down to self storage Swansea at 10am. I was told that my lease ended on the 5th not the 6th.
And when I said to your member of staff that I was told I could come down on the 6th as the storage was empty, his reply was `yes you might have been told that but there are consequences` so I was due to get refunded £165 plus £100 deposit, but out of the £265 I had £5.60 deducted for one days rent. Even that the unit is empty and I was told to come on the 6th, and the charged 4 weeks insurance if £15.65 that covers me from the 6th Aug to the 6th September. But I don't have a unit with you so I have been made to pay for 4 weeks insurance on nothing, and if someone else rents that room you will charge them insurance and double up.
So Monday I'm contacting trading standards and the retail ombudsman.

Decent enough but hidden add ons that I want expecting. Apparently this is OK though because "every storage company charges for that". Once I was in I have to at it's fine.
