Stratstone Land Rover Cardiff

They tell you the service and recalls are done only to find out 2 days later that the work not done when all the braking warning lights come on. The car is rebooked into the branch to have the works carried out only to find that the parts they ordered were incomplete and so work not done so got to go back in again . The car delivered back late after no work completed. I'm not the only person to have issues with this branch of Stratstone my friend also had issues where work said to be completed was also not done . Shame this service is so poor with a quality brand !

The place was clean that's about all I can say .
I held the door open for a rather portly salesman who just walked through ,didnt take the door and no thank you etc . The girls on the front desk didn't even look up when we came in . No one spoke to us or greeted us or apologised for the delay .
This is not the first time we have been ignored in this show room .
Frankly I expect much better from such a prestigious brand .
Newport Land rover is head and shoulders above this poor shower of rudeness !

Drove over 5 hours to pick it up, lovely car but the worst experience of buying a car I've ever had,
the receptionist Keira was very polite and more helpful than any of the sales staff or managers . I think the young lady needs a promotion upstairs to manage the staff and to show them the ropes of how to treat customers etc.
Good car good price price but it would have been better if it had the extras it was supposed to have.
I would have thought that a big named company like stratstones would of had it to a T

Poor experience, I had booked my vehicle in for servicing and it was down hill from there. I should have realised to avoid this place within 5 minutes of entering the building, I was mocked by a young female of staff for my walk (I had suffered an injury during the Afghanistan war and walk with a limp) and then ignored for the best part of 30 minutes.

When I was finally seen and handed in my keys I was told to expect a call when the car was finished, I received a call the following day where after hanging up, the staff member who I had spoke to I could hear mocking my walk with laughter echoing through the garage.

Upon inspection of the job, I found that my speedometer had been tampered with and I noticed a distinct smell of paint which I found out through investigation that they had caused a large dent in the side of my vehicle and painted over it with a tin of Dulux matte white.

Now, these experiences are shocking enough, especially to a 10 year army veteran who is trying to find normality. There was one final nail in the preverbial coffin....a huge tub of fecal matter in the glove box moulded into the shape of legs...they were mocking my legs again.

Don't visit, the free air freshener wasn't worth it.

I have recently received several "gifts" from this dealership. The first arrived 2 weeks ago and it was a compilation CD with songs such as walk on by, these boots were made for walking and if I could walk one thousand miles by the proclaimers. I also received a mobile phone stand missing the legs and 5 issues of new car magazine.

The customer service in the Cardiff branch is totally atrocious. In fact, there is no customer service at all. I left there and drove directly to Stratstone Newport and purchased a Range Rover Sport. Would not recommend this dealership to anybody. If the sales people work on commission they will not be earning any money. Bit like pretty woman… You made a huge mistake, and I will ensure that I will not be recommending you

I love the food .it's better taking the food than buying the car .the cars are nice also
