We totally share in this which is why we will always value your house accurately. We will not under value it so as to sell it quickly nor will we overprice it so as to gain the instruction and then keep dropping the price until it sells.

We understand that when you put your house up for sale you want to move on with your life as quickly as possible.

We also realise that in modern times that few people visit town centres and that the main market for buying property is online, yet we recognise the importance of the personal touch.

We will list your property online but will add the personal touch of giving you your own negotiator.

We will also set a fee scale that rewards us if we sell the property quickly at what it's worth and we will penalise ourselves if we don't sell it quickly or have to sell it at anything less.

We believe in fairness, we believe that if we do a really good job we will deserve a 'tip' if you like, and if we don't do a good job we will not be rewarded.

Our fee scale is clear . Sell it quick at the asking and be rwarded, sell it slowly and at no where near the asking price and pay us a quarter of the standard fee.
