Student Houses 4 U Description
We are pleased to offer 4, 5 & 6 bedroom student homes for rental in August 2020 / 2021. All our properties are conveniently situated in Brynmill, within easy walking distance to Swansea University Singleton Campus and close to the bus route to the Bay Campus.
The properties are Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and subject to local authority regulations. We are Registered and Licensed with Rent Smart Wales and are members of the National Landlords Association. Student Deposits are protected in a government authorised tenancy protection scheme.
The properties are managed by our own experienced maintenance team; Mark and Ian, who are committed to offering a prompt response to any maintenance issues which may arise. All our properties are centrally heated and well insulated. In addition, our houses undergo annual gas, electrical and fire safety inspection and certification.
Prices start from £71 per room, per week (excluding bills). Bills included pricing option is available on request.
