Sue Franks Catering was born over 20 years ago / After gaining her full chefs food and beverage qualifications, Sue worked in a number of catering establisments to further her knowledge and experience.

The ethos of the company is based on Sue's ideals to prove a personal and tailor made service to clients in South Wales. The company offers a varied and flexible menu, the aim, to provice an individual dining experience to each of its customers, that represents Sue's passion for quality and service
