They are not only professional and tend to your needs and go out of their way to do a perfect job but they are very friendly and a joy to be around. My first experience at Sultan’s was excellent. Fatima who did my nails was so friendly and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the end result. All the other staff were kind and helpful. This positive and polite attitude is the most important factor for me when it comes to salons. They respond to messages so quickly.

Service was really good and efficient. Salon looks neat and tidy. I’ll be definitely going back soon.

My daughter and I had keratin which was fantastic and I also have my hair routinely dyed here and all staff are friendly and professional

Jus been to the Albany road branch today to have my little ones haircut done. The lady who cut my daughter's hair was really bubbly n friendly. Usually my daughter cries a lot but today she was so quite n let the lady cut her hair. Don't know her name but she did a good job on my princess. Thank you. Will defo come back. Thumbs up �

I visited the salon recently for LVL as I’m going on holiday and wanted my lashes to look long without having to wear mascara. A lady called Puneh did it for me and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I was unsure whether to go for extensions or LVL as I wasn’t sure about the difference, however Puneh explained and we decided to go with LVL. I am so happy with the result, my lashes look incredible! So much so that I actually look like I have extensions. I would definitely recommended Puneh and this salon.

I visited the new Albany Road salon this afternoon to have my bridal nails done. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and they will look perfect for my destination wedding! �Staff are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Sultans ��

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and volume lashes today, i love them! The staff are lovely they really pay attention to what theyre doing and take their time where as the place i used to go would rush and leave me disappointed. This place provides very good quality and at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this salon�

I got my nose piercing done today and I will definitely be coming back for more of the treatments! As soon as I walked in there was a nice, warm atmosphere and as I got to the piercing area it only took 3 mins without any pain to finish. The staff was nice and the price was very reasonable �

Great service ever never felt the same elsewhere the massage and facial was fab pedicure too was stunning job..Staff named Hero her hand works like magic it was an awesome massage � I’m wordless. She will be my regular from now on not going elsewhere no doubt about that..� it is highly recommended to all of you who are out there looking for the best service ever..every penny was worth it no regrets..�..BOOK NOW!!!

I personally wasn't a fan. Quite a few customers complained there brows was too thin or wasn't the same! Eyelashes was applied basic, and the brows wasn't as good as there pictures made out! Rather pay a bit more to have a better atmosphere / vibe and better quality of work!
