Absolutely disgusted by the treatment received at this "Veterinary practice" not only are the staff incompetent, they are vile and rude, the building is dated and the inside filthy.

They performed the WRONG SURGERY on my Dog and charged us £500 for the procedure. The attitude of the "nurse" was despicable and completely unnecessary causing distress to both myself, my partner and our Dog. We have a WAD of Invoices stating that we have paid over £2000 to Summerhill "Veterinary practice" in the past Year to treat our Dog with the issue she's had with her ears, they were informed of the procedure and acknowledged what her requirements were, Completed a Consent form that WITHOUT MEDICAL TRAINING IS COMPLETE JARGON! !

They also knew it took a long time for us to save this money for her operation to stop her suffering YET STILL went ahead and performed the WRONG PROCEDURE Causing financial, emotional and mental stress for all concerned.

AVOID THIS PRACTICE, THEY ARE OUT FOR FINANCIAL GAIN.
THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OR YOUR BELOVED PETS! ! !

Brilliant Vet service.. there 24hrs a day and have helped me with emergency care at silly o'clock so many times over the years...... taken strays in for me..... never hesitated to accept injured wild animals.... Talented vets with a range of specialities on offer. Wonderful nursing staff and receptionists that are always willing to go that extra bit to help...... please consider donating to their Skint Strays fund x
