***PET OF THE WEEK*** Lovely Chaz who had been feeling a little poorly recently, so he's been in for some treatment. He's feeling a bit better now, so he's modelling his Christmas jumper😊 He's such a cutie with such a cheeky little face. He was such a good boy for us.

These vets are amazing the love and care they have had for my frenchie Enzo has been amazing. Hes recovering now as he just had a castration this morning and the vet was very helpful and supportive. Totally recommend

The best vets in this valley without a shadow of a doubt... the treatment and amount of care that they give milo is 2nd to none... would highly recommend

Such amazing service and friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome and our kitten was at ease. We loved the cat waiting area, which we haven't seen at any other vets we've visited.

We loved Summerwoods so much that we've registered our new kitten there.

My poor pooch Ben is so poorly. But thanks to those wonderful people my boy is being looked after. He's not out of the wood's yet and am worried. Will know more tomorrow.

Iv been with this vets way back...Wouldn't go to any other...my bow has had opp Monday and they are fab and concerned and so caring for your pets..outstanding!!!

I think this vets practice is wonderful they are kind and very caring my Yorkshire terrier ben was treated for a long time there for his bad eye but sadly we had let him go to sleep last Saturday and Rebecca and the nurse was wonderful to us and to my ben we wasn't rushed to have to leave him bearing in mind it was when the practice was closed and they due to go home they waited for us to come. there an apsulute diamond and I thank you from the bottom of my heart and to all the staff there especially Jane on reception also xxx thank you xx

Fantastic team, who I have the utmost confidence in, have been going to the practice for over 6year's and their care and experience is second to none.

Excellent vets, as a rescue we use all branches of the Summerhill group.

Absolutely love the saff and vets all so welcoming and making my first visit with oreo and teddy calm and relaxing and very very reassuring second vist was there castration and all amazing as I had tears leaving my baby's but they were marvellous and oreo and teddy were very well looked after thank you see you again this week!!

Absolutely brilliant service here always, the staff and vets are so lovely and so good with the animals, so kind and plenty of patience. Highly recommended x

Took my cat Newton in to be chipped and neutered, left him there with them and was told to come collect him later on. Went in at 9am and he was ready at 1pm. All seemed good and Newton seemed happy just sleepy...

It was a good job I asked my partner to head back in to check, as turned out they hadn’t even chipped him and had to take him back in again... but after that it was all okay and Newton seems fine and happy.

I've had another letter telling me gus's vaccinations are due ...

6th August Gus passed away (our dessision )to sick to leave buget vets

Gus had been a patient with you for 8 yrs

I fetched Gus to you with a red swollen eye

After agreeing to Gus having a xray as you suspected a tumor and the insurance agreeing to carrying on

Gus was put under anesetic to do the xray and you choose to feel around his teeth as he was so quiet ..found a tooth and took it out to rule out a abacus.

You explained that there were no tooth problems but needed to be seen to asap tumour being ???

We agreed to go to Bristol dogs hospital costing us £800

You'd only told the hospital he was there over his teeth (we'd already been told by you it wasn't his teeth )

So Gus insurance became void and me £800 out of pocket

So sadly thanks to the person who wrongly informed Langford he didn't get treatment he needed ..so no more letters and take him off you records xx

Well what can I say my pug dog last night had 3 fits one after the other phoned the emergency vets in Newport and explain to them what happened and told them that I didn't get access to the bank on Monday, i asked kindly could he be seen? which I was told without payment they wouldn't see him or comprehend making a appointment!!! I was absolutely disgusted with this answer!!! The staff come across very abrupt and arrogant unless of cause you are offering and settling large amounts of cash with them as for the 5mins its takes to complete the transaction they are the most loving members of staff as soon as funds are transfered or handed over you then become another sartistic just another person waiting to be called to undertake consultation and not forgetting the imaginery findings where money can be gained and achieved with medications and follow ups etc, where no consideration was given or even put into account that our little chap was unwell. we have 5 small toy breeds registered with them and yet my account is fully clear and no funds oweing,but yet couldn't even open or offer a 5 minute window for him to be seen luckily he came rite with our own passion to make sure he would be fine,we've already started looking for other services of compassionate services of vetenary care!!!!!

absolute shambles of a place! phoned weeks ago to check when to come in for my puppy's 2nd immunisation. was told 31st. went in on the 31st to be told I was a week and a half late for 2nd immunisation and would have to start again with the 1st jab. and still made to pay even though it was no fault of mine. was also told a supervisor would phone me yesterday after 2. still haven't heard a thing. they also sent me a letter with some1 else's complete details on

Was told I needed to consider putting my dog down last year by this vets as she was in so much pain.. after spending so much money on tablets etc really strong stuff, that would literally knock her out. We made so many changes around the house to help her I'd stay downstairs with her while she cried through the night and help her up as she struggled get back up once she had lead down... One day we took her to the groomers get her all clean and feel a bit better only for the groomers .. yes groomers to explain that my dog had actually had an allergic reaction to a flee bite, as it wasn't treated it got worse, (I showed your vets the lumps and was told to expect it as the worst.. she was booked In for an Scan I was told she might not wake up from)... it was confirmed by the vets at pets at home it was an allergy to a bite.. within days she was back to her old self running around full of life. You made me consider putting her ' out of her misery' crying day and night over it... I still can't believe, I know things get missed and we are all humans but I seen 2 different vets under your roof who said the same. If it was recognised sooner she would have been out of pain quicker and would have saved me a lot of heart ache too
