Superb bike shop, they even sorted our tandem out at really late notice to fix 4 broken spokes and let us carry on with our tour.

Proper Local Bike Shop run by cyclists for cyclist. They will go to any and all lengths to sort out any bike/bike fit problems. Having way too many bikes, I am there week in week out, and I wholeheartedly recommend Summit Cycles.

Avoid. Terrible customer service, refused to tighten a pedal on a kids bike without booking it in 2 weeks time, then tried to sell me a spanner for £17 to do it myself. Go to Halfords, staff MUCH friendlier, and cheaper!

Very professional and very helpful to novices. Bike fitting was excellent and really sort my bike out, would highly recommend.

Friendly staff. But gave me the wrong size clamp that I asked for, didn't realise until late I got home (3hrs away). Waste of money

Great service, best to book ahead for repair work, also have a good range of accessories and bikes.
