Sunbank Holiday Cottage And Bed & Breakfast - Llangollen

Room was very clean and the bathroom was smart, the view from the bath was stunning! The bed was very comfortable and I did get a good nights sleep. However, there was nowhere to plug the kettle in anywhere near the hospitality table, I had to balance it on the edge of the bedside table, it wasn't cordless and the wire was only around a foot long which made things tricky and a bit dangerous. Also the TV remote kept falling to bits, the shower attachment connected to the bath leaked all over the floor when running a bath, and the fridge which was advertised on the website was actually in a shed across the yard, which doesn't sound like a problem but it's not good having to trudge across the yard at 7am in your pyjamas in the pouring rain to get milk for your brew and cereals! Also there were a couple of rugs laying on a polished floor which are an accident waiting to happen! Such a shame that a beautiful place is let down by so many trivial matters.

Beautiful Cottage, in a fantastic setting...

Just got back from a two night stay in the cow shed it was absolutely amazing the owners Simon and Sam are fantastic they are so friendly and make you feel very welcome breakfast is superb the room is luxurious and very clean we will be back to stop in the yurt it looks brill
